New versions (V3.0.0) of the UC-8100 Series models with multiple enhancements.

Change Description:
- OS upgraded from Debian 8 to Debian 9 (Moxa Industrial Linux).
- OS storage media changed from SD card to eMMC.
- Additional SD card slot provided in the UC-8131-LX/UC-8132-LX/UC-8162-LX models for external storage.
- Operating temperature range (computer + LTE module) enhanced from -10°C - 45°C to -10°C - 60°C.
- Console cable included in the product package.
The new version of UC-8100 Series models will be available to order starting 15 September 2018, and will be ready for shipment by October, 2018.
