MultiTech Connection Manager -Software Automation Tool for Management of Cellular Modems
Effective Immediately
I. Summary
MultiTech announces the Product End-of-Life (PEOL) for the MultiTech Connection Manager Software effective immediately. This product will no longer be supported.

End-of-Life Date: October 9, 2025
III. Recommended Approach
Install the USB driver for Quectel or Telit modules on Windows operating systems, with provided installation package on the MultiTech website.
Follow these steps to locate drivers:
- The table below provides links to the appropriate Product pages on the MultiTech website.
- Once you reach the Product Page, click on the appropriate model.
- From the model page, click on the ?Downloads? tab to find the specific driver(s) needed.
- Note: All models listed in each of the product categories listed use the same drivers.

To help facilitate the transition, we recommend the following actions be taken:
- Forward this notification to others within your organization who are actively involved in the sale or support of the devices impacted by this notification.
- Remove references to Connection Manager from pricing system, quoting tools, and websites.
- Notify and work with existing customers to migrate them to the recommended software approach.
