The PERLE LanStream2000 is a combined terminal server and LAN hub, running the XStream software suite.
It is designed for use in environments that require the support of serial devices for transaction processing and/or data capture, together with Ethernet attached devices such as PCs.
Two models, both with a total of 24 ports, offer a choice of either 8 or 16 serial ports.
